WHAT IS HYPER KICKBOXING?

This course concept is a boxing training as can be seen here. After work or the lecture, a quick workout - exactly! You don't have to worry about catching a black eye, because sparring (= duels) is not included in this course.

Im Hyper Kickboxing

is about the mix of sparring combinations, self-defense techniques, drills, games, music, workshops and cool events. Our goal is to inspire the world's top martial arts athletes.

Health Fitness Spirit

Burn calories, build muscle, 100% cardio and lots of spirit - these are the ingredients. There are also self-defense exercises, hitting against claws and training with friends.
