Fitness kickboxing is a versatile workout in which the content of the actual boxing training (rope jumping, strength training, punching training, working on the sandbag and partner training with pads) is supplemented by elements of other fitness activities (e.g. aerobics, stretching, etc.). In this way, all basic motor skills - strength, endurance, speed, mobility and coordination - are developed and improved in the best possible way in fitness boxing. In principle, everything that is necessary for holistically perfect fitness.

The workout
